María Isabel Figueroa-Morgade is a graduate of the School of Law of the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico (J.D., 1988) and University of Michigan (B.A., 1984). She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 1990 and New York State in 1996.

Ms. Figueroa-Morgade commenced her legal career at the Department of Justice of Puerto Rico, Legislation Bureau. A few years later, she relocated to New York and worked for the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration and on several electronic discovery projects at major law firms in New York City. She concentrates in contracts as well as civil and commercial litigation matters. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State.
